Its Raining

I never realized how much I really love the rain.  Perhaps, it is the fact that I grew up in Maryland and during the winter months it could rain a good bit.  At any rate, it is raining now and I love it.  It hasn't rained as much in Texas this winter.

Spring is definitely here in Texas.  My daffodils have bloomed and they are beautiful.  Do you know how the trees look before they begin to bud?  They kind of change color and the branches can have a greenish hue or a reddish hue.  The trees are doing that thing they do and you can tell it won't be long and they will bloom or bud.

We got rain here on Sunday. I enjoyed it immensely as well. And I'm enjoying the rain. I keep the window open in my bedroom as the balcony is outside my room, protecting me from getting wet.
I enjoyed the smell of the air, the clouds moving quickly across the sky, and the wind in the trees. It was a nice day Sunday.
You must be getting that same storm, today.
